From, Hunting Autumn Colour..

Autumn Reflections   12" x 16"    O/P

The subject matter for this piece was from a previous fall painting . I really was not happy with the original painting and decided to redo the piece.
It happens !
I feel that this is a better rendition and representation of the natural site and light of the day .

The colours or palette used for this painting were, ultramarine blue, cerulean blue, alizarin, cad. red light, cad yellow med.,lemon yellow,  burnt sienna, veridian, cad. green and titanium white.
Odourless solvent was used for thinning my paints and cleaning brushes.
Liquin was used during the "wash in" or layout stage of the composition .

I feel that this was a enjoyable and 'healthy exercise".

 'til next...

Thank You ART-TRAVELLER..

"very amazing autumn colours !!!"

I think this "redo" is a much stronger
painting now with the brighter 'light' contrast.

Peace.. :)
