From The Campgrounds

 

The Gazebo And Flowers    10" x 12"    O/P 

 

 

I had an opportunity to paint with other plein air painters today in a local, private campground. I had never painted or been there before so this was a new experience for me.

I used my limited palette for this painting and a panel that was not pre painted with a acrylic base colour. (red - orange)

 

This photo (left) will give some idea of the subject that I painted and how I edited it as I painted.

The second photo (right) is a view of just one part of the duck pond that was adjacent to the subject that I painted.  This subject in itself would have made a good painting ! It was a "place of many paintings".
